About Our Practice

At Archetype Psychotherapy, we work collaboratively with clients in a holistic way. We support people carrying trauma and prolonged stress, as well as those who feel stuck in life and are experiencing the mental and physical effects that often come with it.

These struggles frequently affect our relationships with work, family, friends, and ourselves. They can also shape how we engage with social media and the influence it has on our daily lives.

We take a proactive approach to mental and emotional health. In addition to managing acute life stressors and helping people maintain stability, we go deeper. Using a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, we explore why we do what we do, how we respond to life’s challenges, and what truly matters to us across our past, present, and future. We also help clients understand the important connection between their body and mind. This leads to clearer direction, rebuilt motivation, and stronger, healthier ways of living and relating to others.
